About the Role:
Snapscale is looking for an experienced Healthcare Virtual Assistant (HVA) with appointment setting experience to join our team as a skilled US Clinic Coordinator in a remote setup. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless patient experience through accurate scheduling, communication, and healthcare coordination. Key Responsibilities:
- Verify patient benefits and insurance coverage
- Reactivate past patients and maintain engagement
- Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries
- Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
- Make outbound calls to leads and potential patients
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
- Process refills and follow clinic policies
- Manage electronic medical records (EMR)
- Audit labs and follow up on missing results
- Monitor and oversee virtual clinic kiosk workflows

Requirements
- Experience in appointment setting (scheduling, rescheduling, confirming appointments, and patient follow-ups) is required
- Must have experience working with US-based clinics and/or healthcare environments
- Experience in EMR, insurance verification, patient coordination, and inbound call handling
- Experience in processing refills, auditing labs, and following up on lab results
- Medical billing and coding experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Must have stable internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace for remote work
