Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues related to Apple products, including but not limited to iPhones, MacBooks, iPads, and more.
- Offer expert guidance on product features, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine commitment to exceeding their expectations.
- Document and manage customer interactions with precision and accuracy.
