About Me:
I’m building a focused outbound engine for our business and need someone who understands Apollo deeply and can help set up a clean, repeatable lead generation system I can run myself afterwards.
What We Need:
- Build ICP filters inside Apollo
- Set up Apollo sequences (simple, multi-step outbound templates)
- Integrate Instantly for deliverability + inbox warmup
- Set up HubSpot and ensure the sync works across all tools smoothly
- Document everything in a simple Google Doc I can follow
What You DON’T Need To Do: Hit a specific number of leads, manage outreach (except initial demo) or write complex email scripts
What I’m Looking For:
Strong Apollo.io, Instantly & Hubspot experience (mandatory)
Experience setting up outbound automation
Strong spoke English and clear communication
Someone who likes keeping things simple and high quality
Deliverables:
- My ICP filters built and saved
- My Apollo.io lead lists generated and cleaned
- Sequences created and tested
- Instantly.ai email sending setup validated (tracking, warmup, domains)
- HubSpot integration verified
- A short handover guide so we can run the system independently
