Position Summary
The AI Enablement Manager will partner directly with executive leadership to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence can improve business processes, increase productivity, and simplify day-to-day operations.
This is a highly cross-functional role focused on discovering inefficiencies, building AI-powered solutions, implementing automation, and helping teams successfully adopt new technologies.
Rather than serving as an IT resource, this individual will act as an internal AI innovator—bringing practical, scalable AI solutions into everyday business operations.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Process Improvement
• Partner with leaders across departments to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation.
• Analyze business processes to uncover repetitive, manual, and time-intensive tasks.
• Recommend AI solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value and measurable impact.
AI Development & Automation
• Design, build, and implement AI-powered workflows and digital assistants.
• Create automations that streamline internal operations, reporting, communication, recruiting, sales support, project management, finance, and customer service.
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies that align with business objectives.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing AI workflows.
Cross-Functional Partnership
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
• Translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for AI tools and best practices.
Training & Change Management
• Develop documentation, playbooks, and best practices for AI adoption.
• Lead training sessions and demonstrations for employees.
• Encourage responsible experimentation and continuous learning across the organization.
• Promote AI literacy and confidence throughout the company.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, automation platforms, and industry trends.
• Test new tools and identify opportunities to improve internal workflows.
• Measure ROI, time savings, and adoption of AI initiatives.
• Present recommendations and progress updates to leadership.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience implementing AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and workflow automation.
• Experience with AI and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Zapier, Make, Cursor, OpenAI APIs, or similar technologies.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to improve operational processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting sales, marketing, recruiting, operations, or customer success organizations.
• Knowledge of APIs and low-code/no-code automation platforms.
• Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives.
• Project management experience preferred.

Within the first 90 days, the AI Enablement Manager will:
• Identify key opportunities for AI implementation across multiple business functions.
• Launch several AI-powered workflows that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Increase employee adoption of AI through training and practical use cases.
• Demonstrate measurable time savings and operational improvements.
• Establish a roadmap for continued AI innovation across the organization.
