Required Qualifications

3+ years of clinical experience required.
Willing and able to travel up to 25% of their time to meet members face to face within the western region of KS ( Northwest, west-central, and Southwest). Aetna Customer Service – Work From Home $26 Hour

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of managed care experience.
Requires proficiency with computer skills which includes navigating multiple systems and keyboarding

Working knowledge of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
