We are seeking the right candidate to join our team as an ASC Coordinator in a 90-day temporary position, with the potential for permanent employment based on ongoing business needs. This is a part-time, remote opportunity to support customer inquiries by phone, email, social media, and online reviews.

The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker with a proven ability to convert inquiries into appointments and provide exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels, including social media comments and reviews.


Acquisitions Support Center Coordinator:

The Acquisitions Support Center Coordinator supports and manages prospect onboarding; from the first point of contact from an inquiry, to their Introductory Session with FastFit or The Perfect Workout.

The Acquisitions Support Center Coordinator manages prospect interest communication across multiple channels, with the intent for the inquiry to schedule and show up for an Introductory Session.

The Acquisitions Support Center Coordinator oversees social media responses for FastFit and The Perfect Workout, and also develops and implements communication for all inquiries.

The Acquisitions Support Center Coordinator is also responsible for managing active member communications with efficient response times to address any customer service needs, issues, questions or concerns.

Finally, the Acquisitions Support Center Coordinator follows procedures and facilitates any communication needed between active members, the studios, and Regional Managers.

Key Functions

  1. Prospect onboarding
  2. Schedule Introductory Sessions for open inquiries
  3. Develop and implement communication processes for social media inquiries 4. Assist active members with customer service needs
  4. Facilitate communication between members, inquiries, and company staff

Description of Duties

○ This process includes receiving prospect outreach by call, text or email, and responding in a timely manner in order to schedule the inquiry for an

introductory session with FastFit or The Perfect Workout.

○ This also includes all prospect communication for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google and Yelp.

○ Finally, this process follows procedures and facilitates any communication needed between inquiries, the studios, and Regional Managers.

○ This process includes managing active member communications with efficient response times to address any customer service needs, issues, questions or concerns.

○ Finally, this process follows procedures and facilitates any communication needed between active members, inactive members, the studios, and Regional Managers.

○ In alignment with our new acquisitions forward directive, the Acquisitions Support Center Coordinator will also be sending the link to our member app to members we come in contact with, in order to direct members to the most efficient way of scheduling/rescheduling their workouts.
