Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record incoming payments accurately in our system, ensuring timely and efficient transaction processing.
- Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring all information is current and correct.
- Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner, promoting prompt payments.
- Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients as necessary, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
- Organize and file financial documents systematically for easy retrieval, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Transcribe data from various sources into databases while ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies related to accounts receivable, promoting a team-oriented approach.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the finance team, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an accounts receivable or similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping, ensuring high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, promoting flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
