Account & Partnerships Manager

This is a remote position. Location: Remote Working Hours: 9am – 6pm ET, Monday to Friday Salary - USD 1000 - USD 1200 Overview Our partner, an influencer management firm, is looking for an Account & Partnerships Manager to support their growing team. This role focuses on managing inbound brand inquiries, coordinating creator partnerships, and driving opportunities through the pipeline to close. You will play a key role in connecting brands with talent, ensuring smooth communication, and helping move deals forward efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in communication, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound brand partnership inquiries and assess opportunities Coordinate and match brands with suitable creators/talent Act as the main point of contact between brand partners and talent Support and drive deals from initial inquiry through to close Advocate for talent throughout the negotiation and deal process Track and manage opportunities across the pipeline Maintain and update workflows within TeamInbox, Basecamp, or similar tools Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication across all stakeholders Proactively follow up on opportunities to keep momentum and drive conversions Requirements 3+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or client services (agency or influencer marketing experience is a plus) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Confident in representing and advocating for talent Experience working with project management or communication tools (e.g., Basecamp) is a plus Profile Proactive and self-driven Strong sense of ownership and accountability Commercially aware and comfortable working in a deal-driven environment Detail-oriented and highly organized Motivated by contributing to revenue growth Benefits Competitive monthly salary Fully remote role Exposure to international brands and creator partnerships Opportunity to work within a fast-growing influencer management firm High ownership and direct impact on deals and revenue Growth opportunities as the team scales Collaborative and fast-paced work environment
