About the role As an Account Manager (Renewals) in our Sales, Marketing and Communications team, you’ll bring a customer-focused, commercially minded approach to managing renewals, strengthening customer partnerships and identifying growth opportunities across our PowerHealth portfolio  What you’ll be doing Owning and managing the end-to-end contract renewal lifecycle, including tracking upcoming expiries and driving proactive renewal timelines. Leading renewal execution activities such as quote creation, approvals, pricing and contract finalisation in collaboration with pricing and legal teams. Operating within CRM systems to facilitate accurate quoting, approvals and pricing workflows, ensuring efficient and compliant commercial processes. Acting as the primary point of contact for all renewal-related matters, leading customer discussions, presentations and negotiations with key stakeholders. Building strong customer relationships focused on renewal readiness, value conversations and long-term retention outcomes. Identifying growth opportunities across products and services (initially focused on PowerHealth) as part of renewal discussions, while feeding customer insights back into the business. About you Brings experience in commercial customer service, contract management and renewals environment, with a strong interest in healthcare, hospitals or digital health environments. Demonstrates solid attention to detail, works methodically through defined processes and is focused on delivering reliable, high-quality renewal outcomes. Comfortable working with pricing and legal teams on contracts and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders. Shows an appetite to build Salesforce capability and deepen understanding of healthcare and hospital customers over time.
