You'll be responsible for making sales calls, following up on warm leads, and setting weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals while maintaining a culture of sales savagery. No exceptions.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through a variety of channels, including sales calls, email, and text, to schedule consultations and present our services.
- Follow up on warm leads generated from our marketing campaigns, and work to convert them into paying clients.
- Consistently outreach to old leads to reengage them and bring them back into the sales process.
- Keep detailed records of daily contact numbers and no-shows, and use this information to improve our sales strategy.
- Set and consistently work towards achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
- Maintain a culture of excellence in sales by consistently demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Continuously improve sales skills through training and coaching, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to develop and implement new sales strategies and tactics that will help us achieve our mission of turning 1,000,000 men into .
- Consistently achieve high volume of outreach and high closing rates.
- Become an expert in using our CRM, and consistently keep it clean and up to date.
