Responsibilities
• Work on impactful projects rooted in business need.
• Use business acumen and problem-solving skills to understand Hallmark's business priorities.
• Research, strategize, and develop feasible solutions for assigned projects.
• Facilitate robust paid media reporting as part of the Media and Analytics team.
• Refine social content strategy for new and emerging audiences in the Social Media team.
• Drive awareness, engagement, and conversions on Hallmark social platforms.
• Provide ongoing strategic and financial leadership in product management as a Merchant Intern.
• Collaborate with key partners across the organization to align on consumer and product offerings.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
• A graduation date of December 2025, May 2026, December 2026, or May 2027.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and capacity to think critically.
• Ability to draw conclusions from research and data and translate into clear, concise recommendations.
• Aptitude to think strategically.
Nice-to-haves
• Pursuing a degree with a major in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Retail Management, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or Economics.
