Beyond The Spectrum ABA Therapy (BTS) is seeking a strong, experienced BCBA to join our growing clinical team in Alpharetta, Georgia.
BTS is a purpose-built ABA therapy center designed to support clinical quality, reduce unnecessary administrative burden, and allow BCBAs to focus on delivering meaningful, high-quality care. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about working directly with clients, supporting staff, and contributing to the continued growth and development of a strong clinical program.

Compensation and Incentives
Base Salary: $75,000–$100,000, based on experience, clinical strength, and overall fit

Position Overview
As a BCBA at BTS, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA services while maintaining a manageable caseload.
You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and support clinical consistency and quality across your caseload.
This role allows you to focus on clinical decision-making, treatment integrity, and meaningful outcomes while working within a supportive and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and support RBTs and behavior technicians
Monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Provide parent guidance and support
Participate in trainings, CEUs, and professional development
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience working with children with autism and developmental needs
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite in Alpharetta, GA
Preferred:
BCBA certification and experience required
Experience in a center-based ABA setting
Experience in home based ABA therapy
Supervisory experience with RBTs
